I think this is more an issue if you're enhanced by PEDS cuz your muscles would grow when ur tendons don't
1:17
When natural its wayyy less likely

You wont tear a bicep as a beginner

Just focus on lifting, and stop thinking about all the risks and little things that surround lifting it will really ruin your progress and journey

If you can reach failure in 8-15 reps it’s heavy enough

Not much

And preacher curls
Preacher curls just allow you to brace up against a pad so it makes the movement harder to use momentum on so it can help target biceps a bit more (edited)

If your goal is to gain weight then yes, you should increase your calorie intake. Your weight gain/loss is controlled completely by calorie intake. If you don't gain weight its as simple as adding more until you do. Don't add huge amounts in short periods of time, add it bit by bit and wait a few days to see if you gain, if you don't then add more if you do then just continue at that intake, its your surplus.

that also doesn't matter, it matters what works best for you to fit the calories you need for the day

i wanna stay high 160s to 170s

then in that case u keep adding till weight stops going down

ill eat 2 of those each day
6:13
2000 calories
6:13
should be good
Avatar
Depending on your age and activity levels that might be a bit low
6:14
A lot of people will need 2000-2,600 just to maintain their weight
6:14
some people need even over 3,000

the pound i lose is more like every 2 months

You probably just need to add 200kcal to ur current intake then

I was a non scorer though. We had 9 of us so a heat of 5 and heat of 4. I was running with people that were like low -mid 12s so I had nobody to really run against

damn 9 is a lot for a team in one discipline

I mean 9 non scorers, but as a club we did have like 8 tbf

What would you rate the season out of 10?
Avatar
Probably a 7 I’d say
18:20
I stopped doing a lot in the gym too early I think
18:20
But 11.55 is a good time
18:20
I think i could have gotten it lower though into the 11.4s
18:21
But my average times are like 0.4s faster than last season
18:21
I was averaging 12.1-11.9
18:24
Now I pretty much get around 11.7 every time
18:25
But it’s always been setting up for a crazy season 3-4 years in
