Kind of need some help, so for like 2-3 months I have not been able to do curls because it feels like my wrist is about to pop and it just hurts a ton and it’s whatever weight I do, but If I curl with a neutral grip when I do hammer curls it’s nothing
Just really annoying that I have had to use a cuff for curling when I do baysean curls, because the cuff just gives burn marks and grinds into my wrist/forearm
