Im realizing i never do OHP, so trying to add it but to do that ive to replace something. As my split is right now, its focused on upper pecs mostly. So on my push day (i do PPL+FB), i have incline bb bp, machine flat press, machine fly and on fullbody day i do incline machine press...but now idk what to remove...

Kind of the only reason i do incline bb bp is to have a big compound for building strength/stability...idk if OHP can replace this? If it can, then i could do on my push day OHP, flat press,fly and on the FB day i could do incline machine press

Should i start my working set with 110 or 120? Or keep 100? What rep ranges should i go for for deadlifts

do 3x5 and add 5kg every week

next time just do 100x 5,5,5, next session again, if you DL 2x a week then add 5kg (edited)

dont count the warmup as first set and warmup should be like empty bb for some reps, then 1 plate for 5-8, 80-90kg for 2-3 reps, then worksets
