But I'd just do push ups for chest
I'm still waiting on my rack to come, the delivery company has delayed the delivery several times. So I haven't had a rack for about 6-7 days now which is getting frustrating because I'm missing out on quality training.
For chest I've still been doing bench, I just deadlift the bar up to my legs, sit down on bench and lay back with bar and push it up, rep it out, then push it back to my legs and to the ground
