yes just asking, im going on by a ppl, and i think this is arguably the best one even for begginers or intermediate. tried the upper lower rest but meh (edited)
What's the best split for you depends on how frequently you are able to train on a consistent basis. If you live a busy life and find it hard to be in the gym 5-6x per week PPL is probably not a good idea, and instead upper lower or full body.
A benefit to higher frequency splits like full body is the amount of practice you can get into your main lifts like squat bench and deadlift, which can be good to get proficient at those lifts as a beginner.
At the end of the day it depends on what you find most enjoyable, and how much time you have to go gym per week. The difference in terms of results is pretty minimal
