So the air won't go to your lungs when you breath to your nose/mouth?

Well, nose breathing if you can at slow pace, but at some point it is completely impossible to nose breathe entirely so you will end up having to breathe through your mouth instead. At higher intensities you're going to get a small fraction of nose breathing and mostly mouth. We use both our nose & mouth to breathe even if you don't think you are taking in air through your nose you still are just an fyi.

guys if you fill your stomach with air doesnt mean more oxygen will enter your body allowing you to stabilize breathing and pulse?

You should breathe into your diaphragm, it activates the PNS, helps keep your HR nice and low, and helps lower your lactate as much as possible. Whereas, breathing into your chest area can increase SNS activity, which increases HR and lactate.

i’m not sure i know how to breathe in my diaphragm, is it like stomach basically or?

Yeah that's quite normal when you're new to running, just go out as much as possible you'll get used to it. It can be very tricky to begin with, you will also need to learn how to manage your pace properly.

thanks very much, although i’m tryna adjust the pace and not to be tired so early, i kinda fail, i find swimming and running the hardest cardio sports…
