Yeah just scapular pull, not a full pull up, At the moment I’m doing bodyweight and pyramid up to +10kg for like a top set of 3 Followed by weighted negatives for 10 seconds 3x4 Followed by weighted scapular pull-ups with an isometric hold for 4 seconds at +45kg

So far this has over the last two weeks enabled me to start doing really explosive pull-up with body weight

@Leigh caffeine supps arrived 200mg so not the full dose for my bodyweight, but i'm gonna test it out to see how i react cuz i never drank coffee or any energy drinks Ill also only take caffeine for tourneys, so now sunday when trying it out i'll test it on a comp day I hope I don't shit out my intestines from the amplified stress haha

You're at a bigger advantage by taking caffeine than not if It improves your performance even by 1% in competitive situations.
