If you pre fatigue your biceps before your main back movements your back movements will be limited (edited)

Since ur still a beginner I recommend doing exercises in the order of how big the target muscles are So back before biceps for sure

🤷 ‍♂️ not really But you wont be getting as much back gains as you could be getting since youd be prioritising biceps
